- Tim West Reporting was founded in Colorado Springs in 1993 following the completion of 20 years of extensive courtroom reporting for a total of over 50 years of service. We relocated to Manitou Springs in 1998 and proudly still service the Front Range, the Pikes Peak region, and the State of Colorado.
